Highlights from the Ground Breaking by Mark Snyder

The Friends of the Portage Lakes State Park broke ground for the New Dog Park and Bird and Butterfly Trail on August 27th, 2010, those in attendance include New Franklin Mayor Al Bollas, Friends President Larry Hunter, and Committee Chair Peggy Bergholz.
